For the last 37 years, Mitch Harrison served as an executive leader in the high stress, burnout-prone world of megachurch leadership. After experiencing his own season of burnout and recovery, he recognized the need for a plan built on habits and rhythms that were more regular and less reactive. The Refill Coaching model is the plan Mitch developed to help himself and leaders like you live with consistent practices of personal replenishment.

WHAT WE DO

Often times, when we’re struggling, we don’t know what we need to do to recover. We take a nap, a day off, a vacation - but none of them do everything we need to replenish our depleted inner tank.

The Refill Coaching model focuses on the 5 Refilling Rhythms that help us Rest, Release, Receive, Recreate, and Relate—the five practices we need to live with a full tank. When these habits are in our lives in the right amounts, they both stop the energy drain, and help us refuel our reserves. 

HOW IT WORKS 

Mitch helps leaders build personalized replenishment plans through the use of a simple tool that identifies the most helpful habits for personal recovery and replenishment. 

Refill Coaching works with both individuals and teams in one day or ongoing coaching formats - each can be customized for the unique needs of the organization, group, or individual.

Our Coaching Plans

Individual Plan

Our one-day, 1:1 experiences build a customized plan that addresses your unique needs. You’ll will walk away with a personalized replenishment tool that you can start to follow immediately.

Team Workshops

This 3 hour interactive workshop can be scaled from teams from 5 to 50 people. Each team member will get an overview of the 5 Refill Rhythms and learn to use the simple replenishment tool to start refueling their inner tank.

Ongoing Coaching

After the initial plan is in place, ongoing coaching builds competency and consistency as the plan becomes a regular part of life rhythms. This 6 month program includes five, one hour Zoom calls as well as an in-person session.
